The Rural Early Diagnosis and Treatment of UGC Project database in Jiangsu Province provided 45,036 subjects, aged 40-69, for a cross-sectional study conducted between 2017 and 2021. Employing a multinomial logistic regression framework, we explored the independent predictors of overweight/obesity, considering their interaction with gender and age.
